Job description
Responsible for executing system audits, supplier evaluations and factory audits, producing audit reports and remediation recommendations. Requirements: familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 9001; internal or external audit experience.
Job responsibilities
- Conduct internal system audits, supplier evaluations and customer factory audits, delivering audit reports and corrective recommendations
- Maintain ISO/IEC 17025 system documentation: quality manual, procedures and work instructions
- Organize proficiency testing and inter-laboratory comparisons, and track closure of nonconformities
- Support preparation for CNAS / CMA surveillance and reassessments
- Track standard updates and regulatory changes, assessing impact on existing test methods
Requirements
- Science or engineering background, associate degree or above
- Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO 9001, with internal or external audit experience
- Able to write well-structured audit reports — clear and direct, no evasiveness
- Strong principles: raise nonconformities when warranted and hold up under pressure
Preferred qualifications
- Hold a CCAA auditor or internal auditor certificate
- Experience preparing for CNAS on-site assessments
- Familiar with measurement uncertainty evaluation
